What are the responsibilities and job description for the Diesel Technician/Mechanic position at NFI Industries?
Job Description : Your responsibilities as a Diesel Technician / Mechanic will include, but are not limited to : - Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical and mechanical tractor and trailer-related issues using standard testing procedures and computer diagnostic equipment such as JPRO, OEM Diagnostic Software, Multimeters, and Windows
- Performance preventive maintenance on our fleet of tractors & trailers
- Perform DOT inspection per FMSCA guidelines
- Physically capable to perform all job duties, which includes being able to lift and / or pull 75 lbs or more without restriction, stand or lie for extended periods, and have flexible movement to reach equipment.
Pay : $24 / hr - $33 / hr (based on experience)
Sign-on Bonus : $2,000paid out with the first 90 days of employment
Schedule : Monday - Friday 7AM - 3 : 30PM
