Your Role as a Diesel Technician / Mechanic
We are seeking skilled Diesel Technicians / Mechanics to join our team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Troubleshoot, Diagnose, and Repair Electrical and Mechanical Tractor and Trailer-Related Issues: Use standard testing procedures and computer diagnostic equipment such as JPRO, OEM Diagnostic Software, Multimeters, and Windows to identify and fix issues.
- Perform Preventive Maintenance on Our Fleet of Tractors & Trailers: Regularly inspect and maintain our fleet to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform DOT Inspection per FMSCA Guidelines: Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with FMSCA regulations.
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License: Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Preferred Ability to Obtain a Class B License: We prefer candidates who can obtain a Class B license.
- Technical or Advanced Degree or 2-3 Years of Equivalent Maintenance Experience: Bring your skills and experience to the table, or pursue further education to become a part of our team.
- Familiarity with Troubleshooting Equipment Repairs and Maintenance: Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment such as JPRO, OEM Diagnostic Software, Multimeters, and Windows to solve complex problems.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
- Teamwork and Customer Service Skills: Showcase good oral and written communication skills, as well as examples of teamwork and customer service.
