Warehouse Operations Lead
NFI Industries is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Lead to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all warehouse activities, ensuring that operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a fast-paced warehouse environment, with experience in directing work assignments and driving compliance with safety, quality, and productivity goals. You will also be responsible for providing daily hands-on support in Material Handling and Forklift responsibilities.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with shift leadership to achieve shift goals and optimize operational performance.
- Oversee and coordinate warehouse processes such as receiving, put away, picking, and loading of products.
- Direct work assignments to employees, providing guidance and support as needed.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or GED is required, along with experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle changing priorities and use good judgment in stressful situations.
- A valid MHE certification is a plus.
