What are the responsibilities and job description for the Finance Intern position at NFI Industries?
Overview
This Intern will sit with our Transportation Invoicing department with the opportunity to sit with other teams. They will handle general invoicing functions including billing, data analytics, finance reporting, and assist in period end reporting.
Responsibilities
- Creates and distributes clean invoices in partnership with on-site operational contacts
- Navigate customer websites to ensure compliance of invoicing procedures.
- Will file, scan, copy documents as appropriate.
- Provides assistance on problem-resolution projects
- Prepares reports for management
- Collaborate with IT department on system integration and processes related to invoicing
- Assists on other projects or duties as needed
