NFI Massachusetts Inc., a nonprofit human service agency, is currently seeking a Juvenile Justice Assistant Program Director to oversee one of its programs located in Peabody, MA.
This program is a residential DYS program for adolescent males (ages 13-20) referred by the Massachusetts Department of Youth Services. It is a program that consists of Administrators, Licensed Clinicians, teachers, direct care staff and other support staff. The program structure includes classes 5.5 hours per day, individual and group counseling, life skills and pre-vocational skills training. Rehabilitation followed by supported community reintegration is the ultimate goal of the program.
The Assistant Program Director will be responsible for building and ensuring a milieu that promotes the safety and security of those served. The APD will be responsible for assisting the Program Director in the day-to-day operations of the program, including administrative tasks, staff supervision, oversight of client care and treatment coordination.

Job Requirements:
- One to two years of supervisory experience working with similar population.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle is a must.
- Schedule requires a level of flexibility.
Salary: $73,000 annually
