NFI Massachusetts Inc., a leading non-profit human services agency, is looking for compassionate and motivated individuals to join our dedicated team as Awake Overnight Youth Counselors in Haverhill, MA. We have full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities for Overnight Youth Counselors who will provide essential support and supervision to youth in our transitional age youth program.
The program works with youth referred by the Department of Children and Families (DCF) ages 17-22 who have social, emotional, mental health, and behavioral challenges, with histories of complex trauma. The therapeutic milieu is designed to support youth emotionally, educationally, vocationally, and socially to achieve independence and successfully move into the community as successful adults.

Position Details
• Status: Full-time or Part-Time
• Hourly Rate: $22.00/hour
Key Responsibilities
• Ensure the safety and well-being of the youth throughout the night
• Remain awake and alert during your shift
• Conduct routine bed checks to ensure youth are safe and secure
• Maintain a supportive, positive environment
• Assist in crisis intervention if needed
What We’re Looking For
• Experience working with youth or similar populations
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• High School Diploma or GED required
