NFI Massachusetts Inc., a non-profit human services agency, is currently seeking a Full-Time Clinician for the Substance Use Services Programs; Massachusetts Impaired Driver and the Second Offender Aftercare Treatment Program (MID/SOA) located in Haverhill, MA. Be part of a small, collaborative team with a person-centered approach.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting Substance Use assessments including MAST and DAST.
- Conducting Clinical Intakes to include DSM 5 Diagnosis.
- Facilitate Individual therapy, group therapy and case management with clients who are referred by court.
- Completing all required clinical documentation.
- Communication to Probation and other collaterals regarding program start.
- Collaborating with the Program Director on treatment recommendations, clinical curriculum and program development.
- Demonstrate comfortability in providing a judgement free environment.
Job Requirements:
- A Master’s degree in a clinical field that is license-eligible (LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, LICSW).
- Experience working with individuals diagnosed with substance use disorder.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to seek out community resources independently.
- Strong crisis management skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
Salary: $60,000
