NFI Massachusetts, Inc., a private non-profit human service organization, is currently seeking a Master’s Level Clinician for the Outpatient Clinic located in Haverhill, MA.

The mission of the Ambulatory Services Division is to provide the highest quality mental health, substance abuse treatment and prevention to our consumers. We accomplish this by serving all with respect and dignity in an environment that supports individual and families in their personal development.
Our dedicated staff works with consumers in the community and within an outpatient clinic setting. We partner with service providers to assist clients in the most comprehensive way possible. Our work focuses on the individual and family, maximizing strengths, while addressing unique needs.

We are currently seeking an outpatient clinician to work with children and adolescents, as well as adults.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Completion of intakes and assessments for appropriate level of service.
- Completion of individual treatment plans.
- Ongoing individual, and possibly group therapy
- Harm-reduction and recovery planning as needed.
- Crisis intervention as needed.
- Referrals to community resources.
- Collaboration with other natural and formal supports.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have completed a Master’s degree from an accredited school in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field (LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW eligible).
- Previous experience with children and adolescents preferred.
- Experience in the field of mental health and substance abuse preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and writing skills.
- Flexible schedule some evenings and/or Saturdays required.
PAY:
- Hourly benefit eligible rate for unlicensed therapist equivalent to up to $70,000 annual pay based on seeing 28 clients per week.

Hourly benefit eligible rate for licensed therapist or bilingual therapist equivalent to up to $75,000 annual pay based on seeing 28 clients per week.
Benefits:
Benefits for full time employees include: Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Retirement Plan, 3 weeks paid vacation time, mileage compensation, and Tuition reimbursement up to $2500 per fiscal year which can be used towards trainings, continuing education, exam prep/materials, and licensure application/renewal costs. NFI coordinates licensing support and provides licensed supervision.
