Clinical Supervisor of the DBT Crossroads Program
NFI Vermont is seeking a Clinical Supervisor of the DBT Crossroads Program to oversee the Crossroads Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). Crossroads provides intensive outpatient services for adolescents and adults based on the theory and practice of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
Duties include clinical supervision of leadership staff, program development, and administrative oversight and support. A successful candidate will have at minimum a Master’s Degree and license in a mental health field and a track record of success in a management position providing clinical supervision, management, and oversight. This full-time position includes a generous benefits package.
