This is a key senior level career opportunity, providing organization wide leadership in the areas of administration, operations, and human resources to support our trauma responsive mental health and specialized education services programs.
Responsibilities include developing, implementing and maintaining administrative systems to support 16 programs across Vermont. The person in this position works closely with the senior leadership of the organization. The successful candidate will have understanding of non-profit human services organizations and deep knowledge of Human Resources federal and state law and their application in an organization providing therapeutic services and experience supervising staff.
