What are the responsibilities and job description for the Overnight Residential Counselor - Allenbrook Program position at NFI Vermont, Inc.?
NFI Vermont’s Allenbrook program is seeking third shift residential counselors for our group home in South Burlington. Full-time and part-time positions are available.
Starting Pay: $20.50 - $23.00 per hour
Thursday – Saturday 10:00pm – 8:00am
Responsibilities:
• Provide safety and supervision for residents during their sleeping hours
• Facilitate a comfortable environment for adolescent residents
• Collaborate with program team to provide residents with effective coping strategies, better understanding of their struggles, and thoughtful after-care planning
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with youth and/or adolescents
Or
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field
