The NFI Vermont Group Home is seeking a full-time clinician to join our highly experienced and effective clinical team. Our team is committed to providing high quality, trauma-informed care to our adolescent residential population. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are currently licensed or working towards licensure to benefit from knowledgeable and experienced clinical supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise, lead, and collaborate with the residential treatment team
- Provide case management services for residents
- Facilitate the practice of effective family therapy
- Collaborate with our local community partners to ensure success for residents and their families
Requirements:
- Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field
- VT Licensure Preferred (Licensed MSW, Clinical Psychologist, Mental Health Counselor, etc.)
