Relief Residential Staff - DBT Program
The NFI DBT House in Vernon, VT is hiring part-time staff in our residential program that provides services to female youth/adolescents, ages 13-18. Our residential counselors provide residents with the opportunity to learn valuable independent living skills, while also providing necessary support and encouragement for residents to succeed in the community. Responsibilities include supervising the daily activities of our clients; providing ongoing support, guidance, and role modeling; and facilitating client improvement in the areas of personal responsibility, social skills, community living skills, and behavior. Candidates must be able to communicate effectively, work evening hours, have a valid driver’s license & reliable transportation. Bachelor’s degree and/or previous experience working with youth with emotional/behavioral challenges preferred. Pay range $20.50-$22/hour.
