Hospital Diversion Program of NFI VT, located in South Burlington, Vermont, is looking for mental health professionals to join our residential counselor team working with adolescents and families experiencing a psychiatric crisis.
Responsibilities of the awake overnight staff include providing supervision and support to the youth during sleeping hours as well as performing administrative duties. The ideal candidate would have a bachelor’s degree in a related field, superior interpersonal skills, and experience working with adolescents struggling with emotional/behavioral difficulties.
This 30 hour per week position (10pm-8am) Thursday-Saturday, is eligible for our comprehensive benefits package, including tuition reimbursement. Pay range $20.50 - $23 with an hourly stipend of $2.00 during the awake hours. This position is a split awake overnight. Half the night staff are awake, and the other half, the staff are asleep. This position has a $2000 sign on bonus.
