Therapeutic Case Manager-Cornerstone School
Cornerstone School is a trauma-informed, day treatment school administered by NFI Vermont. We are looking for a dynamic, strengths-based team player to provide therapeutic case management for students and families. This position involves providing self-regulation and co-regulation skill development with students, classroom-based support, connecting students and families to ancillary support services, providing psycho-educational groups on social/emotional/behavioral and life skills and conducting family outreach to further engage families in their children’s education. The ideal candidate will have clinical experience working with children and adolescents, be self-directed, adept at engaging with caregivers and creative in developing individual and group interventions. Bachelor degree required. Benefits and tuition reimbursement are available.
