While day-to-day tasks may change, the goal for the Operations Support team is to ensure field operations have the tools and skills necessary to provide for our customers.

Responsibilities
- Utilize Project Management techniques to lead new business implementations, corporate strategies and cross-functional teams
- Collaborate internally and externally on Change Management and Process Improvement Initiatives
- Familiarization with operational processes in order to launch and develop new and existing projects.
- Document and train on existing and developing systemic processes.
- Develop, create, and maintain documentation regarding systems and processes.
- Understand business processes, systemic requirements and procedures, reporting sources and metrics, as a Subject Matter Expert
- Perform tasks and execute in dynamic workplace environments
- Assist field operations with continuous improvement efforts such as technological upgrades, new hardware installations, and expansions.
- Ability to travel up to 75%
- Strong interpersonal and intercommunication skills.
- Ability to interact and present to individuals at all organizational levels.
- Exceptional organizational skills;
- Must be proactive and able to work independently
- 1-2 years Supply Chain experience, preferably in a dedicated contract carriage or private fleet environment;
- BS in Supply Chain or Logistics strongly desired;
- TMS experience strongly desired.
- Transportation operational knowledge; CSA, FMCSR, DOT & Hours-of-Service knowledge preferred
