Nfinity, a leading Cheerleading company, is seeking a talented and experienced Head of E-Commerce and Online Marketing to drive the growth of our online sales channels. In this role, you will be responsible for the development and execution of end-to-end e-commerce campaigns while monitoring their performance daily. We're seeking an e-commerce manager to join our team and help us continue to grow and expand our business.


Purpose:

The Director of Digital Commerce is responsible for leading all aspects of Nfinity Athletic's ecommerce operations and digital sales channels. This role plays a vital part in achieving the company's revenue, customer acquisition and brand growth goals through strategic online sales and marketing efforts.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of Nfinity's ecommerce platforms, including website, mobile, and marketplace sales channels.

- Develop and execute online sales and marketing strategies that drive revenue, customer engagement, and higher conversion rates.

- Manage paid digital advertising campaigns across social media, search and display to efficiently acquire new customers.

- Optimize product listings, pricing, and merchandising across all sales channels.

- Lead SEO, content and linkbuilding efforts to improve organic search visibility.

- Leverage analytics and customer insights to continuously refine digital programs and roadmaps.

- Work with DOO to implement an efficient warehouse and fulfillment operation to deliver great customer experience.

- Collaborate with Ops, Marketing and Retail on inventory, design, and product development to best showcase offerings online.

- Hire, train and manage a team of digital marketers, analysts and operations staff with CFO approval.

- Report on key performance metrics and ROI for all digital programs to stakeholders.

- Stay abreast of digital commerce best practices and best use of AI.

 

In summary, the Director will spearhead Nfinity's digital transformation, leading a coordinated effort to maximize long term sales growth and brand loyalty through optimized online customer experiences using both traditional channels and ones like AI that we put into processes.

 

Weekly:

 

Department reports are due to include but not limited to Analysis, Market research, Technology advances and inventory updates.

 

 

 

Expectations:

 

To grow our world-wide digital footprint by 30% a year by moving from Amazon/.com only to a mix of International Marketplace, Domestic markets places, better .com utilization, Social Commerce (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc) and better utilization of 3PL warehouses domestically and internationally.


Qualifications:


- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.

- Proven experience in e-commerce management and online marketing, preferably in the retail or consumer goods industry.

- Strong understanding of Shopify Plus, online marketplaces (such as Amazon), and digital advertising channels.

- Proficiency in web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, and experience in analyzing data to drive insights and make data-driven decisions.

- Excellent knowledge of digital advertising strategies, including paid search, display advertising, social media advertising, and re-marketing.

- Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and user experience (UX/UI) optimization.

- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

- Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve results.

- A passion for e-commerce, online marketing, and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
