Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough utility locating services using specialized equipment and techniques.
- Interpret blueprints and site plans to identify utility locations accurately.
- Collaborate with construction teams to provide clear markings of underground utilities.
- Perform field surveys and assessments to gather data on existing utility lines.
- Maintain accurate records of utility locations and any changes made during the project.
- Operate various equipment, including forklifts and backhoes, as necessary for site operations.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while on-site.
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders regarding project updates and utility findings.
Experience
Candidates should possess a background in utility locating or related fields, with experience in the following areas being highly beneficial:
