Job Description
This position involves generating and developing business from loan applicants with various financial needs. The ideal candidate will be able to build relationships with clients, negotiate loan terms, and meet sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain an active Mortgage Loan Originator License
- Meet or exceed production targets, including minimum closed loan volume of $1,750,000 or 9 closed loan transactions per quarter
- Input and submit quality files, including complete 1003 and supporting documentation
- Maintain sales contact and pipeline throughout the loan process
- Effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You should also be able to build relationships with clients and meet sales targets.
