Position Summary:  

The Talent Acquisition Recruitment Partner is responsible for carrying out full-life cycle recruiting processes in fulfilling NFM’s operational and administrative staffing needs. The incumbent will recruit using various methodologies/platforms; execute interviews via telephone, video and/or in-person; screens candidates using vetting tools, as applicable; communicate with candidates from initial interview through final decision making; participate in industry-specific job fairs to source pools of qualified candidates; and will execute and contribute to projects and assignments for the People & Culture Department.   

Qualifications:  

• College degree in Human Resources or related field
• Mortgage industry experience, preferred
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in direct talent sourcing and recruitment
• Proficient in recruiting using social media platforms
• Proficiency in MSOffice 365
• Prior experience with database systems such as HRIS and ATS software
• Exceptional networking and communication skills
• Excellent organizational, time-management and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Working knowledge of hiring methodologies and candidate evaluation
• Professional demeanor and presentation

Essential Job Functions:  

• Supports execution of talent acquisition programs
• Collaborate with Onboarding and NFM Managers for available positions and requirements
• Manages requisition process
• Creates job postings and sends recruitment communications
• Manages candidate interview schedule  
• Exceptional interviewing skills and knowledgeable in standard interview techniques
• Experience with recruiting on social media platforms and maintaining professional networks to interact with potential candidates
• Effective marketing and analytical skills
• Well-versed in the stages of full-cycle recruitment
• Working knowledge of recruitment software that tracks an applicant’s status in real time
• Facilitates internal and external hiring promotions
• Adheres to hiring policies and federal and state regulations
• Plans cost-efficient talent acquisition strategies
• Maintains a sourcing database for future hires
• Crowdsources potential candidates
• Closely communicates with management to forecast specific needs of the organization
• Executes and contributes to special projects and administrative assignments for the People & Culture Department

Qualifications

Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
