**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of floors, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming.
- Operate floor care equipment such as buffers, scrubbers, and extractors safely and efficiently.
- Strip, wax, and polish floors to maintain a clean and professional appearance.
- Identify and report any floor damage or maintenance needs to management.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain inventory of floor care supplies and request additional supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with the janitorial team to ensure overall cleanliness and maintenance of the facility.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any client concerns or requests promptly.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in floor care or janitorial services preferred.
- Knowledge of different floor types and appropriate cleaning methods.
- Ability to operate floor care equipment safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
