LP1 (Loan Partner 1) Position Summary:
Our tight-knit, fast-paced, growing residential mortgage team is in search of a reliable support to the sales team as sales volume increases. Our sales assistants or “loan partners” play an integral role in cultivating and growing our client base and helping drive conversions by offering a “Raving Fans” experience.
The ideal candidate will be a confident self-starter with a relationship-driven mindset who is people oriented, competitive, organized, and an effective multi-tasker. The ideal candidate will have a desire to participate in, appreciate, and learn the dynamic environment of the mortgage industry and possess the ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities.

Successful candidates will consistently develop and improve systems, ensuring the team is as efficient as possible while maintaining the integrity of the client experience. Responsibilities:
- Make outbound/inbound calls to/from prospects and provide the first impression
- Manage a pipeline of potential applicants and drive conversions
- Maintain current file status communication with client, referral partner, and team
- Understand & explain loan process and loan products to clients, answer questions, and overcome objections
- Work together with referral partners to give the client an amazing experience
- Work together with the loan officer to escalate borrower needs when necessary
- Relieve the Loan Officer of parts of the loan workflow including but not limited to:
- Tracking down, reviewing, and uploading necessary financial supporting documents
- Pulling and reviewing credit
- Completing income analysis
- Finalizing and issuing pre-approval letters
- Performing pre-approval or credit building consultations
- Answering client questions regarding the loan process
- Successfully work out of CRM and stay on top of incoming tasks, follow ups, and calls.
- Work together with team members to ensure smooth transition from one loan partner to the next.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Proficiency in mathematics
- Previous experience working out of a CRM or similar task management systems desired.
- Previous experience in mortgage, real estate, or relevant field desired.
- Previous experience working out of Encompass software desired.
- NMLS Licensing desired.
