Our Tech III focuses on HVAC, plumbing, lighting, electrical equipment, material handling equipment, and other specialized equipment. Our world class facility offers multiple opportunities for you to put your skills to work.
Job Duties : A Day in the Life
- Be The Expert : Maintain working knowledge of refrigeration principles and tools to operate and repair AC equipment
- Solve : Troubleshoot and repair electrical controls on heating, ventilation and AC equipment
- Preform : Complete regular preventative maintenance on snow removal equipment and other specialty machines
- Be Precise : Maintain working knowledge of reading electrical diagrams / schematics and experience with general shop equipment
- Collaborate : Effectively complete work orders, enter in job notes, and maintain records of maintenance preformed
- Support : Preform all types of building repairs to maintain our world class facility
