We are seeking a Customer Information System (CIS) Reporting Lead to develop next-generation customer experience solutions. This role emphasizes creating and implementing functional reporting solutions and standards while working closely with IT, suppliers, and business stakeholders. The role involves overseeing the design, development, and maintenance of reporting applications and ensuring compliance with IT best practices and security requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical and functional designs.
Designing and developing reporting solutions using enterprise tools, including advanced data modeling and ETL processes.
Managing the complete reporting lifecycle, from requirements gathering through testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Troubleshooting and optimizing reporting solutions for performance and accuracy.
Developing standards and best practices for the reporting team and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Required Skills:
Over 10 years of hands-on experience in enterprise reporting and analytics tools.
Expertise in data modeling, ETL processes, and systems integration.
Proficiency in building high-performance reports, dashboards, and analytics using modern tools and platforms.
Experience troubleshooting integration issues and optimizing system performance.
Strong technical knowledge of data warehouses, APIs, and integration platforms.
Desired Skills:
Experience with advanced cloud-based analytics tools and frameworks.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and best practices for complex reporting projects.
Proven ability to resolve data inconsistencies and optimize data flows.
