Job Overview
Under strict supervision, assists senior operators and/or performs frac- specific job roles (e.g., proppant, chemicals, blenders, QA/QC, etc... ). Learns basic operations to include but not limited to: performing pre/post job equipment inspections, performing and completing preventative maintenance procedures and operating support equipment (e.g., proppant handling, fluid tanks, suction manifolding, discharge manifold equipment, etc.). Completes requisite training and demonstrates competency as defined for current and next level. Assists in assembly and preparation of equipment for installation and service. Assists in the clean up, repair, and preparation for the next job. Exhibits safety awareness and environmental consciousness and complies with all applicable safety and environmental procedures and regulations. Participates in quality and continuous improvement processes. Reading comprehension and writing skills are required. Basic computer skills and the ability to perform basic mathematical calculations are preferred. Skills are acquired through on-the-job training and 3-6 months experience as an Operator Asst I. Requires completion of a high school diploma or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Operate heavy equipment, including cranes and forklifts, on construction sites.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and regulations.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members to build and execute project plans effectively.
- Provide guidance and training to junior operators on equipment operation and safety protocols.
- Monitor site conditions and report any hazards or issues to management promptly.
- Assist in horizontal drilling operations as required, ensuring precision and safety throughout the process.
Qualifications
- CDL A
- Bring own safety toe shoes
- Reading comprehension and writing skills are required
- Requires completion of a high school diploma or equivalent
- If prescription eye wear is required, you will need to provide your own safety rated glasses

Pay: $20.00 per hour
