nFusion Solutions is a dynamic, fast paced, privately held, technology company in the Financial Services market looking for an Associate Account Manager to help secure existing customer revenue and assist our sales and marketing efforts to expand our client base.

Job Objective:
Responsible for meeting the Company’s annual revenue retention quota for existing customer accounts in the assigned territory. Through strategic account management planning, diligent time management, meticulous process management, and excellent communication skills, the Associate Account Manager will be expected to deliver unparalleled customer relationship management. This high touch, white glove approach to customer onboarding, implementation, and ongoing satisfaction will be imperative to customer retention and the success of this position.
Identifies, qualifies, develops and closes new business opportunities within defined territory and client segments.
Responsibilities:
- Works closely with Sales Manager to maintain a strategic account management plan which details goals and expectations, frequency of events, timelines, and outcomes.
- Engages with all new accounts and assists with initial onboarding and implementation.
- Establishes regular touch points with new and existing customers to build relationships, identify opportunities and assess risks.
- Demonstrates the ability to carry on a meaningful business conversation with business owners and decision makers.
- Works diligently to understand our product suite and how our customers use our solutions. Demonstrates over time the ability to assess customer pain points and how our solutions can meet those needs.
- Quickly develops complete understanding of pricing and proposal models.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
- Properly forecasts monthly, quarterly and annual revenue numbers for assigned territory.
- Maintains accurate records in CRM of all customer account activities including calls, presentations, support tickets, and follow-up activities within their assigned territory.
- Effectively demonstrates and presents products and solutions to prospects when appropriate.
- Follows feedback mechanisms from customers and partners to the Sales Manager.
- Provides feedback to the Sales Manager on any upsell opportunities.
- When appropriate, accurately qualifies and prepares for customer demonstrations and presentations and engages support from technical staff and Sales Manager.
- Gathers input from other departments in preparing customer facing materials and any outbound technical specification sheets.
- Provide input and assist with company marketing plans and materials as needed.
- Self-starter who operates under moderate supervision and works remotely from a home office.
Position Requirements: Education, Experience & Training required:
- BA in Business, Marketing or technical related area of study or equivalent work experience preferred but not required
- Minimum of 2 years of sales, marketing or account management experience; preferably in technology or licensed software / SaaS services
- Self starter who can work independently and has the drive to do what it takes to be successful
- Ability to pass a background check and have quality references
Job Specific Specialized Knowledge & Skills:
- This is a remote work from home office position. Ability to work independently and achieve goals with limited daily oversight is a must.
- Comfortable working over the phone and performing online demonstrations from a home office.
- Proven track record of being successful in identifying, qualifying and closing new business.
- Can learn and demonstrate knowledge of high level technical concepts for web based software solutions (HTML, CSS, Javascript Includes, iFrames, APIs, etc).
- Preferably experience with SAAS software applications such as: mailchimp (or similar email marketing platform), salesforce (or similar CRM), Slack (or similar collaboration tools).
- Demonstrated ability to successfully negotiate contracts.
- Ability to perform in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $38,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
