As a Project Manager, you will contribute to the company by coordinating all phases of construction projects. You will be responsible for the overall project planning and scheduling, resource allocation, project accounting and control, while providing technical direction and ensuring compliance with specifications are being strictly followed and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget.
The best candidate has commercial construction experience, PM software experience, strong communication skills, and thinks proactively.

How You'll Spend Your Time
- Provides overall management of the project including administering the contract, providing technical assistance, and supporting field operations.
- Leads project safety program and culture on the job site.
- Issues and enforces all subcontracts and material supply agreements for the project including negotiating terms and conditions, payment requests and procurement and delivery schedules.
- Mange the project execution according to budget, schedule, and quality.
- Provides reporting to executive team on budget, safety and schedule on a regular basis.
- Develops and maintains good relationships with subcontractors, architects, and owners.
- Assists pre-construction activities which includes budgeting, scheduling, and design review.
- Ensures timely close out of project and leads efforts to gather close out documents and punch list completion.
- Work on site, as required, with the project team to carry out a variety of tasks.
- Assist with training & developing new project managers.
- Other duties as required.
You Should Apply If you Are/Have
- 5 years construction management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (preferred).
- Demonstrated commercial construction experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Intermediate), project management and accounting software such as Procore and Sage300 (Advanced), and scheduling software (Advanced).
- Ability to apply fundamentals of the means and methods of construction management to projects.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and strong ability to manage budgets and schedules.
- Thorough knowledge of project processes and how each supports the completion of a project.
- Ability to maintain budgets, maximize profitability and generate future work through building relationships.
