Imaging Field Service Engineer
Salary : $90,000 - $115,000
Location : Los Angeles
Join our client to Employ expertise in mechanics, electronics, optics, and computers to install, maintain, and repair a range of Imaging Equipment including MRI and CT. Ensure strong customer relations to uphold contract retention and success.
Primary Responsibilitie s :
- Provide field-based service for Imaging Equipment, conducting installations, maintenance, and modifications at customer sites.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by promptly resolving issues and delivering courteous service.
- Respond promptly to service requests, ensuring on-site responses meet contract terms.
- Perform system installations, troubleshooting, repairs, and routine maintenance tasks.
- Maintain detailed service logs and reports, documenting service calls, on-site visits, completed services, and recommended parts.
- Complete and maintain certifications for serviced systems, following Quality Management Procedures (QMP) and Work Instructions (WI).
