The Opportunity
We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Field Service Engineer to join our technical service team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the seamless operation of medical imaging equipment. You’ll work hands-on with cutting-edge X-ray, CT, and MR systems, performing installations, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
This position requires travel to client locations to provide technical support, repairs, and inspections. You’ll also collaborate with internal teams to drive customer satisfaction and contribute to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair medical imaging equipment, including X-ray, CT, and MR systems, at client sites.
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and quality assurance checks.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime for clients.
- Maintain accurate service documentation for internal records and client reporting.
- Foster strong relationships with customers, acting as the primary point of contact for technical support.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and technical support, to enhance client experiences.
- Stay current with advancements in imaging technology and attend training as required.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in servicing medical imaging systems, including X-ray, CT, and/or MR equipment.
- Strong technical expertise in troubleshooting and repairing imaging systems.
- Knowledge of major OEM equipment (GE, Siemens, Philips, etc.) is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel regionally as required.
- Valid driver’s license.
