We are seeking a skilled Imaging Service Engineer to join our team in Wisconsin. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with multi-modality imaging systems, including X-ray, ultrasound, CT, and MRI equipment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and calibration of these advanced medical technologies, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with industry standards. Your expertise will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and system reliability!
Key Responsibilities
Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on multi-modality imaging equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions efficiently and effectively, documenting all service activities to maintain accurate records.
Regulatory Adherence: Ensure all equipment complies with applicable regulatory standards, collaborating with medical professionals to maintain safety.
Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and exceptional service.
Inventory Oversight: Manage inventory levels of essential replacement parts and inspect newly acquired medical devices to ensure compliance standards are met.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to regularly stand, walk, sit, and use hands; occasional reaching, climbing stairs, balancing, stooping, kneeling, or crouching.
- Physically capable of moving and lifting objects as required.
- Visual acuity including close, distance, peripheral vision, color perception, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Qualifications
- An Associate Degree in a technical field or equivalent experience is required. Relevant certifications will also be considered.
- At least 2 years of experience working with multi-modality imaging systems (X-ray, ultrasound, CT, MRI).
- A valid driver’s license is necessary, with a willingness to travel as required.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, alongside proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
