We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Fitness Instructor to join our dynamic team. As a Fitness Instructor, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals achieve their health and fitness goals while promoting a positive and energetic environment.
Duties
- Conduct engaging fitness classes, including group fitness sessions, such as Yoga Barre Mat Pilates, training.
- Provide personalized training sessions tailored to individual client needs and goals.
- Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, anatomy, and physiology to ensure safety and effectiveness.
- Assist with fitness sales and promote health club memberships to potential clients.
- Maintain a clean and organized workout space, ensuring all equipment is safe for use.
- Stay updated on the latest fitness trends and techniques to enhance class offerings.
- Foster a supportive community atmosphere that encourages participation and motivation among members.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Fitness Instructor or in a similar role within a gym or health club setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of anatomy and physiology is essential for providing safe and effective training guidance.
- Experience in fitness sales is a plus, helping to drive membership growth.
- Familiarity with various fitness disciplines such as group fitness, Pilates, CrossFit, or personal training is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to educate and inspire clients of all fitness levels.
