Warehouse Laborer

Broad Functions:

nGROUP is seeking dedicated Warehouse Laborers to join our team in Kannapolis, North Carolina. As a vital part of our operations, you will assist in various warehouse tasks to ensure efficient processing and distribution of our products.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Load and unload trucks and containers.
2. Organize and store products in designated areas.
3. Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
4. Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing products.
5. Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
6. Follow all safety procedures and protocols.
7. Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals, company policies and procedures.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
2. Previous warehouse or labor experience is a plus but not required.
3. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
4. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
5. Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
