What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bilingual Recruiter position at nGROUP PERFORMANCE PARTNERS?

Broad Functions: The Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition will develop and execute broad-based talent strategies ensuring a total talent solution for the business.

You will collaborate with leadership, hiring managers and HR colleagues to shape the recruitment strategy to attract, assess and determine top talent. Ability to support the diversity of each client site. The role will interact with all levels of leadership to ensure the Talent acquisition strategy supports rapid and significant growth over the next few years. This is a highly visible role both inside and outside of our organization and this individual must be a self-starter with a sense of urgency. Position leads the full life cycle of salaried recruiting for corporate and field positions with emphasis on leveraging and building relationships in local communities and colleges along with the Operations leaders in driving the strategy.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Design, implement and deliver, in partnership with internal clients, an effective talent strategy to source and attract the highest caliber talent to support our company growth.

2. Develop and implement workforce plans, refine hiring forecasting capabilities, and establish and report on key recruiting metrics to measure team effectiveness and provide data-driven, actionable insights.

3. Able to exercise effective judgment, sensitivity, discretion, and utilize bold creativity to apply to changing needs and situations.

4. Build and maintain a candidate pipeline through both established and updated channels.

5. Act as a talent advisor with critical stakeholders to identify innovative recruitment strategies.

6. Establish collaborative, customer-focused relationships with hiring managers and HR Business Partners.

7. Maintain positive relationships across all functional shared teams.

8. Ensure an impressive candidate experience at every touch point, including the introduction of new innovative solutions.

9. Recruit, source, interview, and coordinate interviews for internal salaried open positions. Train hiring managers on process end-to-end.

10. Create programs to support the staffing strategy such as college recruiting and internships. Leadership:

11. Partners with DVP & senior recruiters ensuring open requisitions are properly staffed to support the business partners. Engage in weekly 1:1’s to ensure open communication around accounts and personal development.

12. Manages weekly salaried staffing scorecard report to include open positions, upcoming positions, filled and closed.

13. Partners with DVP in leading weekly team calls to ensure full transparency of the business operations, including note-taking and follow-ups.

14. Monthly reviews and provides the turnover analysis for geographic areas.

15. Ongoing, establishes wage analysis for selected geography to support current and future state of the business. Acts as a SME for their areas.

16. Creates tools for salaried recruiting including intake process, tracker for candidate status from posting through accepted offer.

17. Ongoing partners with HR HQ business partners for offer letters and background checks.

18. Ongoing, works with L&D team to ensure salaried onboarding is initiated. Skills and

Qualifications:

  • You are agile and can use critical thinking skills to learn new functional areas quickly, allowing you to work seamlessly across business functions and specialized areas.
  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent progression in the recruiting function.
  • 5 years of recruiting experience across varied industries such as Supply Chain, Logistics, Retail, CPG and other high growth industries.
  • Ability to travel 65-75%
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting from requisition creation to offer stage.
  • Ability to build credibility with different levels of management up to VP-level to consult and influence.
  • Organized with attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient with ATS and Microsoft Office applications as required. Occasionally move objects weighing up to 30 lbs., and sometimes, but rarely, up to 50 lbs.
