Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to take on a hybrid role of office management, Medicaid billing, bookkeeping, and marketing. This position requires someone who is ready to build out key functions of our office processes, manage multiple responsibilities, and support the company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Medicaid Billing: Prior experience in Medicaid billing is preferred. You will handle claims, coding, and ensure timely submission and compliance with state regulations.
- HR Support: Assist with HR tasks such as employee records, onboarding, and maintaining a positive work environment.
- Office Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and general administrative duties.
- Bookkeeping: Manage accounts payable and receivable, track financial transactions, and maintain accurate records.
- Marketing: Help grow our brand by assisting with marketing strategies and community outreach.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous Medicaid billing experience (preferred)
- Strong office management, HR, and bookkeeping skills
- High level of organizational skills and attention to detail
- Marketing experience is a plus
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Ability to build and improve office systems
- Personal Reliable transportation is a must
Compensation & Benefits:
- Pay Range:
- $4,000/month (1099 contractor)
- $4,000 - $5,000/month (Employee)
- 401(k): Eligible after 6 months, with a 50% match up to 3%
- Employment Type: Option to work as 1099 contractor or W-2 employee
