Summary

As a Production Manager at NHanced Semiconductors, Inc., you will oversee the manufacturing processes within our facility. This role is crucial in ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining product quality, and leading a skilled team to meet production goals.

Responsibilities

· Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet customer demands

· Monitor the production process to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products

· Manage human and material resources to meet production targets and quality standards

· Ensure that production standards and procedures are followed

· Collaborate with other departments including sales, engineering, and procurement to improve processes and minimize costs

· Identify and address production issues to prevent delays or errors

· Oversee inventory management to ensure adequate supplies for production needs

· Oversee the maintenance, repair, and replacement of plant equipment and infrastructure to reduce downtime and maximize productivity

· Implement and oversee safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment

· Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow

· Coordinate and manage new fab layout; oversee installation of new equipment

· Oversee that design fixtures and templates are ready before project commencement

· Ensure product and process quality meets required specifications

· Support and lead continuous improvement, problem solving and process improvement activities.

· Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems

· Undertake special projects as required

Qualifications

· Required: Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, engineering, or a related field

· or equivalent prior experience in semiconductor manufacturing

· Preferred: Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management

· Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team

· Thorough knowledge of production processes and procedures

· Ability to identify and solve production issues

· Ability to handle high pressure and critical decision-making scenarios efficiently

· Can understand and communicate effectively with Management, Engineers, and Customers

Technical Skills

· Quick learner with better than average data analysis/statistical skills

· Interpret electrical schematics and flow charts

· Able to generate reports and present orally at meetings

· Able to use Microsoft Office

Physical Requirements/Restrictions

· Wear cleanroom attire, including protective eye gear

· Sitting, bending, standing, walking, 8 hours per day.

· Lift 35 lbs.

· U.S. citizen
