NHBB is looking for Electricians
We are looking for an experienced electrician to work in our Peterborough, NH facility.
As an electrician you will be responsible to install, maintain and repair electrical power, communications, lighting, and control systems throughout the facility.
Your duties will include (but are not limited to) :
- Perform tasks from blueprints or technical diagrams, layouts, schematics and / or specifications;
- Perform installations, maintenance and repair in functional areas;
- Be able to define feed requirements and solutions for new equipment installations;
- Install and maintain wiring, control and lighting systems;
- Inspect, troubleshoot and isolate malfunctioning systems and equipment; and make repair repairs as necessary;
- Test systems and equipment for efficiency and adherence to codes;
- Identify electrical problems with a variety of testing devices including thermal imaging;
- Repair or replace wiring equipment or fixtures using hand- and power-tools;
- Provide occasional leadership, instruction and training to co-workers and others involved in assigned projects as needed;
- Initiate improvements resulting in increased function efficiency, improved safety and cost savings.
You will also be able to :
You will hold, at minimum, a NH Journeyman Electrician license, with potential for growth to Master Electrical.
