QUALIFICATIONS:
- Health - Ability to meet performance requirements.
Education and Training:
- Master’s degree from an accredited program
- Valid unencumbered nurse practitioner or physician’s assistant license to practice in this state
- Maintains license and malpractice insurance
- CPR certification
- Professional experience in the practice of geriatrics preferred
- Engage in continuous professional development and stay current with medical advancements
- Current knowledge of infection prevention and control according to current standards of practice as well as local, state, and federal regulations related to IPC practices in the center
