Qualifications:
- Must be flexible, a team player, reliable, and have a positive attitude
- Must be a graduate of an APTA accredited BS, MS, or DPT level course in Physical Therapy
- Must have Kentucky Physical Therapist (PT) license
- Prior SNF experience a plus
