Our 121 bed facility offers a wide range of health care services to meet the needs of our patients in a comfortable, home- like environment with friendly staff. In addition to providing excellent nursing care to our patients, the qualified Registered Nurse (RN) for this position should possess patient-focused skilled nursing experience in a leadership role, superior communication skills, dependability, flexibility and the ability to lead a successful team. The ideal candidate with have prior Long Term Care experience, prior management experience, and demonstrate longevity in work history. The Unit Manager will also serve in an infection control nurse capacity for the facility. If candidate is not a certified infection preventionist, NHC will help them achieve their certification!

Requirements:
- Must be an RN ( Registered Nurse)
- Should possess patient-focused skilled nursing experience in a leadership role, superior communication skills, dependability, flexibility and the ability to lead a successful team.

- May be required to fill shifts on floor, day and night shift, 8 or 12 hour shifts.
