We are currently seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team. As an OT with NHC HealthCare Fort Oglethorpe, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and develop your skills in a fast-paced rehabilitation setting. Our experienced therapy team provides support and guidance to ensure your success.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing evidence-based treatment to inpatients requiring extended short- and long-term rehabilitation services. This may include developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, conducting assessments, and documenting progress. You will work collaboratively with other members of the healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have a Georgia OT license, graduate from an AOTA-accredited Occupational Therapy Program, and be initially certified or eligible for certification by the NCBOT. Prior SNF experience is preferred but not required. You should also be able to demonstrate flexibility, a positive attitude, and good communication skills.
