This position performs various duties associated with the production and service of patient meals. Position Highlights :
- Properly transport and store dishes, flatware, utensils, pots / pans, etc.
- Clean and sanitize the dish machine and dish room
- Scrape, stack, wash, & sanitize dishes, flatware, utensils, pots / pans, etc.
- Wrap flatware if needed
- Bus tables in dining room and clean / sanitize tabletops
