Joe is looking for a FULL TIME Office Manager to join our team! The Office Manager coordinates and supervises general clerical, payroll, and billing operations of the homecare office, as assigned to the clerical staff. Position Highlights :
- Maintain an accurate daily census record.
- Classify all charges between distinct service areas.
- Record charges for processing in an automated accounts receivable system.
- Bill accurately and timely all parties for the services rendered.
- Assist the administrator in collection of accounts receivable.
This requires understanding of reimbursement procedures including state and federal contracts, i.e., Medicaid, Medicare, VA, private insurance, etc.). NHC HomeCare Port St.
