Job Description NHC Place at Cool Springs is seeking talented Nurses (RNs or LPNs) to join our team. If you are looking for a career where you can make a difference, look no further. Our goal is to find outstanding candidates who want to work PRN for our center. Positions are available for day shift or night shift and are 12 hour shifts. The healthcare environment is changing and we want nurses who are dedicated to our patients and residents but need a healthy work / life balance? All we ask is that you can work several shifts initially to ensure you receive excellent training on our systems and processes. After that, you can fill in where we have open shifts and pick up any shifts that might come open last minute. Shifts : 12 hour shifts Status : PRN with the option to go to Full Time or Part Time if desired Experience : SNF, Assisted Living, long term care desired but not required. RN or LPN Position Highlights :
- Responsible for maintaining clinical competency as evidenced by application of integrated nursing knowledge and skills, leadership, and communication skills.
- Utilizes the nursing process in assessment, planning and implementing care.
- Exhibits organizational ability related to workflow, prioritizing to meet the patient care needs
- Integrates current standards of practice as well as local, state, and federal regulations related to nursing services in the care of patients.
- Practices continuous quality improvement thinking and problem-solving skills.

- Uniforms Qualified RN or LPN will :
- Have graduated from an accredited nursing program
- Maintain a current unencumbered license to practice in the state where employed
