Assistant Kitchen Manager
Full Time, 12 p.m. - 8 p.m.
Position Summary : Duties include management of the Dietary Department and personnel, ensuring quality food preparation and service to all customers, while meeting budgetary guidelines. Responsibilities also include clinical duties as appropriate.
Experience : 1 year of healthcare dietary work preferred and 2 years of supervisor experience required.
Certifications : May be required to have or obtain a Food Handlers Certificate or Sanitation Course, as required by state regulations. CDM preferred. If not CDM certified, the candidate must agree to earn their CDM within one year of employment.
About NHC Farragut : Our campus is home to a 100-bed post-acute Health Care Center, an 84-apartment Assisted Living Center and the 60-bed Cavette Hill Assisted Living & Memory Care Center. Our campus has a walking trail, courtyards with gazebos and recreational amenities like a putting green.
