Position : Graduate Practical Nurse - $5000 Sign On Bonus for Full Time
New Graduate Nurse at NHC Milan
EXPECTATIONS :
- The graduate practical nurse (Licensed Practical Nurse) will begin working by training with licensed floor nurses for a 5 week time frame after graduation.
- During this training time, the graduate nurse is required to complete a competency checklist.
- The graduate nurse will schedule and take NCLEX-PN / RN
- During training, the graduate nurse is to report to the licensed nurse on the floor / nurse managers.
- After passing NCLEX-PN / RN the nurse will assume the role outlined below.
