Description & Requirements
Are you ready to be a tenacious trailblazer? This role will be responsible for leading the Heinz portfolio in our Away From Home business unit. This role will include consumption & share analysis and reporting, cross-functional leadership of key commercialization projects, ownership of strategic sales driving marketing campaigns, as well as total portfolio management. This position requires a candidate to embrace an ownership mentality, demonstrate the ability to be a self-starter, be a cross-functional leader, driver of results, and have a strong ability to communicate / story-tell to all levels of leadership. Essential Functions & Responsibilities
Business Execution
- Apply business analytics (equity, share, volume and revenue drivers, competition) to drive business strategy & execution
- Monthly Consumption / Share Analysis with outlined action plan to deliver brand share growth
- Portfolio Management including but not limited to SKU rationalization, strategic prioritization, pack / price architecture, product catalogs etc.

This is a Hybrid role with 3 days a week in the local office, with limited travel or visits to external locations; offices are open workspaces. Additionally, this role requires working a salaried, exempt schedule to best execute against customer and internal expectations.

Office Collaboration & Hybrid Work Environment
