Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscape Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for outdoor work and a keen eye for detail. This role involves various landscaping tasks, including lawn mowing, trimming, spring and fall clean-ups, landscape construction, excavation work, and equipment maintenance.

Our company strongly believes in a work-life balance. That's why our company offer a 4-day work week Tuesday-Friday 10 hours daily. No weekends required and available overtime. Our shop offers our employees the space to maintain equipment and work on different tasks. The shop is heated and we provide company gear, snacks, and drinks for the week! Come join us!

Responsibilities

• Perform mowing and trimming to promote healthy growth and enhance the appearance of landscapes.
• Excavating and construction work.
• Maintain equipment in good working condition through regular cleaning and servicing.
• Assist with snow plowing during winter months to keep properties accessible and safe.

Requirements

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance or a related field is preferred but NOT REQUIRED.
• Ability to operate power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions.
• Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete assigned tasks.
• A valid driver's license and medical card.
