What are the responsibilities and job description for the Ticket Sales Intern (Summer) position at NHMS?
The Ticket Department at the New Hampshire Motor Speedway offers hands on experience in ticket sales and customer service. Interns must be comfortable interacting with customers and visitors to New Hampshire Motor Speedway. While here, you’re encouraged to become part of the team by working at the front desk, providing customer service and fulfilling orders. You will also be expected to work flexible hours including race weekend.
Please note: although this is a summer internship (May/June-August), our race weekend is September 19-21 and you will be required to work that weekend. Candidates who are able to work from May/June through the month of September will be preferred candidates. Please inform the hiring manager of any obligations that may prevent your ability to work in September.

Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Learn and use the Archtics ticketing system
- Utilize Fan360/Dimension CRM
- Participate in sales training, handle inbound sales calls and perform outbound sales calls
- Process orders
- Assist other SM tracks as needed
Requirements:
- Must receive college credit
- Positive attitude
- Passion for live events
- Must be available to work September 19-21
- Reliable transportation
