We are currently in search of a Regional Director of Sales & Marketing. This candidate may reside in either Fort Smith, AR or Fayetteville, AR areas.
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for planning, development, and implementation of all of the Company’s marketing strategies and communications within the Arkansas territory.
- Develop and implement marketing / sales and communication strategies to grow the business, enhance the successful accomplishment of its goals and mission, and promote positive public relations.
- Work with the executive team to develop short and long-term marketing and sales strategies and goals to meet specified targets.
- Implement marketing and sales strategies, oversee marketing / sales budgets.
- Evaluate market conditions, keeping up-to-date on marketing trends and demographics of customers, developing benchmarks to measure effectiveness, and communicating with the executive board / team.
- Identify areas of potential markets and monitor satisfaction of current customers.
- Plan events, design advertisements, and arrange avenues to reach the public and referral sources.
- Ensure effective control of marketing results and take corrective action to ensure achievement of marketing objectives.
- Monitor competitor products, sales, and marketing activities.
- Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
- Direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly.
