Our Tuscaloosa, AL administrative office provides a variety of consultant services We are in search of a dynamic, enthusiastic and customer service orientated Payroll Clerk to provide exceptional service to employees and facilities.
Job Requirements
- Daily communication with facilities & employees concerning all aspects of payroll including employees’ time and PTO balances
- Processing of biweekly and weekly payroll through Microsoft great plains
- Ensuring accurate entries in Empower for non-punch transactions
- Assist facilities and Human Resources with employee issues as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Requires a high school diploma.
- Computer knowledge, Microsoft suite to include word and excel
- Must be detailed oriented at all times.
- Ability to organize and file work in an orderly and timely manner.
- Must answer telephone courteously and professionally.
- Must be dependable and work with minimal supervision.
- Must be capable of regular attendance.
- Must be able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.
- Must be capable of performing the ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS and PHYSICAL AND SENSORY REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL JOB FUNCTIONS
